Keep yourself hydrated. As much as you can. The more the water consumed, more amount of toxins are flushed out of your system on regular intervals. Weight loss possibility increases. Also, if you bring in your habit, to have a glass of water before every meal, it might just cut down on the amount of food you would have consumed otherwise. It makes you feel fuller.
4.Busy bee
The crux of the story is, if you are busy during your fasting hours, you will not get much time to think about food, which will in turn help you fast properly. Assign yourself some work, so that you remain distracted from food!
5.Hello Sleep, bye-bye Stress
Bundling up of stress and lack of sleep often pushes people towards craving for junk food and over eating. Make sure you are stress free and schedule atleast 8 hours of sleep in a day. good sleep indicates the well being of the body and repairs it properly.
6.Be rigid about your fasting
During the fasting hours, no food means no food. At all. If you can do this much from your end, the deal is half done. The will power must not fail. It might be difficult in initial few days but eventually, the consequence will be amazing.
7.Work-out
No need to start with gym. But select a few exercises that you can easily do at home and bring them in your daily schedule. Fasting, when added with a little work out, can work wonders for your body.
